See a physician: A back injury would be unlikely to have a direct effect on the lungs, however back pain could certainly make it painful/difficult to breath normally. If you are having a dizzyness or light-headedness, or significant shortness of breath, or persistent/worsening symptoms, you should see a physician for further evaluation.
