Could be sick.: Lymph nodes often enlarge in areas of infection or inflammation. If you have symptoms in that anatomic region, then perhaps there's a good reason for them to be swollen. If not, and they persist beyond one month, you might want to consider them getting checked out and perhaps even removed for diagnosis.
