Not DIY: You can't fix this yourself. Could be tmj, occlusal trauma, mfp, inflamed maxillary sinus, ear infection, or so many other things. Start with your dentist to nail down a diagnosis. Once cause is defined, treatment can be selected. Referral to oral surgeon, orthodontist, ent, neurologist, may be in order.

TMJ/TMD: Temporo-mandibular disorder is the second most frequent cause of orofacial pain after dental pain. Tmd can be divided into disorders related to the muscles of mastication and those emanating from the tmj. Earache and is a common symptom due to the close location to tmj.
