Grade 2 brain tumor: you may want to share your concern with your doctor and discuss treatment options etc. For slowly growing disease, in many cases, especially in young person like yourself- observation will be reasonable and could be the best option as certain treatment may give your more harm than benefit- especially if you are asymptomatic. However, please discuss further with your doctor.

Doesn't make sense: If you have a brain cancer (not spread from any other source), I assume you have had a biopsy to prove that it is a cancer. Most cancer doctors will talk with you about what KIND of cancer you have, its GRADE (how much it looks like normal brain tissue), and if it's SPREAD elsewhere. All that goes into a Stage. Ask your doctor specifically what the treatment options are. Good luck!
