Peptobismol?: Peptobismol can cause black stools, but if not or if stools smell truly hideous, then this could be blood. If you are feeling weak or dizzy, have fever or any vomiting or abdominal pain call 911. Otherwise call your doc. No alcohol or caffeine for now. Certainly get checked by doc as soon as possible as the good doctor says.
