Related?: Not likely your erectile dysfunction is caused by back pain, but if it is there has to be significant compression on the nerves or spinal cord. I would suggest seeing a spine specialist with MRI imaging to discuss your options for treatment. If erectile dysfunction doesn't improve I recommend seeing your PCP.
