What to do if i have a lot if pain in my left knee, especially when i bend it.?

Knee Derangement: You may need to see a doctor to get a diagnosis. It maybe that you have a torn cartilage, or possibly a Bakers cyst behind the knee. Could also be strained posterior cruciate ligament, aneurysm, varicose vein, bursitis ,or arthritis. Consider ice compress if acute, ace bandage to limit swelling and an OTC med like ibuprofen untll you get a diagnosis.
