Yes: Get normal saline (0.9% sodium chloride) spray to spray into your nostrils, and then get some Q-tips and Vaseline wherein you dip the tip of the Q-Tip into the Vaseline and then rifle around in each of your nostrils keeping them moist. You will also keep the outside tips covered so they don't get raw as you keep on dripping. Oh, and eat plenty of chicken soup, Jewish "penicillin".
