After esotropia surg: If you already had surgery to fix esotropia, you need to follow your surgeon's advice. Use the antibiotic ointment (possibly containing a steroid) that your doctor prescribed. Keep all follow up appointments. If your surgeon advised you to wear glasses and / or patch an eye, do it. If you have a weaker eye that has been strengthened, follow your doctor's directions to keep it strong.
