Hard to say: difficult to say what you are asking. A person who had a spinal fusion 3 and one half years ago would certainly already have had any benefit or lack of benefit from the surgery by now, so if something has occurred more recently, it is probably form another cause. For example, if you had a fusion at one level but are now having problems with the one above it. Do not hesitate to be seen.
