Not inner ear: You most likely mean water in the external ear canal. it should resolve with head movement and time and if there is a normal ear drum, you should not be concerned. If the symptoms do not spontaneously resolve in 2 or 3 days, then see an ENT doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
