TMJ: This could be TMJ, or "temporomandibular joint pain syndrome", wherein the hinge joints of your lower jaw become arthritis. They'll click and crack, and will sometimes hurt. An ENT doc may be able to offer you some assistance. Or some dentists can help, too.
