What to do if i'm seeing my veins everywhere! is this normal?

See below: You DO have veins everywhere! They are very important in carrying blood from the body parts (including skin) back to the heart. You may notice them more because of lighter skin color, because you are paying more attention to them(a lot of ads right now about veins out there!), or because they are abnormal (spider veins sometimes appear 'everywhere').
