A member asked:

What to do if i'm addicted to masturbating and i'm not able to oversome it!?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It's not addiction: and, for the most part, the old myths about the dangers of masturbation are completely erroneous, and based on religious and superstitious views of dangers that simply do not exist. If, however, you feel guilty about it, or it is taking the place of human interactions, it can be a problem for you. A mental health counselor/therapist with specialty in sexual issues can help. Your PCP can refer you.
