Measure your fat: You might be well-muscled or broad-boned. A measure of your triceps skin fold with calipers, or grabbing the fat around your waist, will let you know. This 'ideal weight' stuff is subscience / entertainment and not nearly so good a guide as saying, 'How do I look? Feel? Can I keep up in sports with my peers?' Now that you've asked the question, I hope you'll focus on fitness.
