? Carpal tunnel: Numbness and tingling in the hands is not normal. There are several possible causes ranging from nerve entrapments such as carpal tunnel syndrome, or vascular problems like Raynauds or Vasospastic disorders. You should get this checked out by your doctor, as continuous numbness could result in nerve injury
