You really can't: Some men, especially those of us who are naturally smooth, simply won't be able to grow a thick beard. There's nothing you can do about this, many (most?) women prefer it, and you are unlikely to become bald as you get older. The one thing over which you have total control is your level of fitness, which is 95% of looks for a man. Best wishes.

Is there a link between coffee and facial hair growth?

No: This is one more silly myth that has somehow gotten started. Becoming a man is difficult enough without this stuff. Your beard thickness / body hair abundance /tendency to hair loss later is genetically programmed. Junior -- don't worry about the coffee or the beard. Some women prefer more, others less, most women simply like you for who you are.

A 38-year-old member asked:

Can you tell me how i can stimuate facial hair growth?

You can't: If you're normally masculinized by your hormones, how thick your beard is reflects your genetic heritage. Thick-bearded, hairy-chested guys go bald faster than other guys -- just look around you. Justin bieber can't grow a beard but this doesn't seem to bother him. Many women prefer a less scratchy man. Embrace and enjoy whatever mother nature gave you.
