Metabolism: this should start with healthy lifestyle changes. More than looking into "increasing metabolism", your lifestyle should reflect healthy diet and exercise. Aim for servings of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, whole grains with meals avoid high fat, high calorie foods, avoid greasy or fast foods exercise at least 5 days per week, aim for 60 minutes of exercise per day. proper sleep too!
