Prevention: The most important steps to preventing an upset stomach occur the night before. Of course, limiting alcohol is helpful. Assuming that did not occur, trying to drink some water before bed helps a lot. Also, if you can tolerate it, taking some ibuprofen before bedtime is useful. Starting out with easily tolerated foods, often foods like toast, may also be helpful. Hope the night out was worth it!
