Most Staph...: ...Infections are localized, and as such pose no threat to an unborn baby. However, the drugs used to treat bacterial infections can, under certain circumstances, be harmful; so make sure that any doctor or other caregiver who treats you is aware that you are pregnant. Never assume they know; tell them, and tell them again.
