A member asked:

How much time will it take for this hydrocodone to get out of my system?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not sure what you: Are really asking. The clinical effects of hydrocodone last a very short time - 3-5 hours or so, as it is metabolized to codeine, then morphine and then inactive metabolites of morphine. Those metabolites can be found for up to 3 days after a single dose, depending on how sensitive a test is used. In long-term regular users, might be detectable for 4-5 days.
