Very poorly: Withdrawal method for contraception. It is no fun and it is famously unreliable. I've seen a figure of as high as 30% pregnancy in a year for couples doing this. Please avail yourself of today's technology, whether it's a condom, an IUD, or a pill that is right for you -- or consider loving safely.

Inefficiently: It is not a good form or birth control and it is not an effective way to get pregnant either. 30% of couples who use this form of birth control get pregnant. There are much more effective ways to prevent pregnancy and to maintain the natural intimacy of sex without a condom.
