Can biloma rectify itself without intervention of a stint? help please?

Need more info. : Need to know the cause of the bile leak which caused the biloma. Often a common bile duct stent is inserted to decrease the pressure in the biliary tree to allow the leak to heal. The biloma also needs to be drained sometimes to prevent infection.
