Microvascular: Technique. Urologist made incision in upper scrotum and tied off multiple tributeries of the left spermatic vein. This one of three sugical techniques used, others being ligating the main left spermatic vein via a suprapubic, retroperitoneal approach or laparoscopically. Every urologist has his/her favorite approach.
