None: There are several supplements purported to increase testosterone levels, but none of them work consistently. Certainly avoid "pro hormones" which are essentially one or two steps away from testosterone itself.

Testosterone "pills": No man should take testosterone - creams, injections, etc., until your doctor has checked your testosterone level and found it to be low. The causes of low T will be evaluated and treatment begun. If your testosterone is normal YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE TESTOSTERONE IN ANY FORM! More potential for harm than good!
