Probably, but nobody: really knows, mainly because the manufacturers of e-cigs (and they are NOT all the same, contain different ingredients and technologies) have not had to reveal what is in them, so they have not really been adequately studied. This may change with new regulations proposed by the FDA (or may not). Probably less chance of cancer, but unknown what other ingredients can do short or long-term.
