Low: This is something that each woman must discuss with her own obstetrician. Some woman have no problems; for others, each one is more difficult than the last because of weakening of the uterine wall and scar tissue around the operative site. Actually dying is uncommon enough that no one has amassed the numbers to provide a death rate; that tells me it's low.
