No: Adrenal myelolipomas are benign and for the most part asymptomatic. They produce no hormones and are composed of fat and blood components. On rare occasions they can get large When producing symptoms, it is usually because they have become large, and are pressing on other organs or tissues nearby. They can then produce pressure symptoms or localized pain
