See a doctor: Your primary doctor or a general surgeon will be able to tell if you have an umbilical hernia. If you have a bulge at your belly button that gets larger when you strain your abdominal muscles or lift something heavy, then you likely have an umbilical hernia. If so, see a surgeon about fixing the hernia.
