A member asked:

Docs, could a first time pregnant girl not start showing after 16 week?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sure: Depending on the size of both mom and baby, a pregnancy at 16 weeks may not be noticeable. Also, if the mom has a slightly retroverted uterus (tipped slightly back), you may not see that "showing" until later on.
