The oldies: Meclizing and dimenhydrinate are still the best; some people respond better to diazepam. Scopolamine, which is supposed to be most effective of all, will probably leave you with amnesia.

Antihistamines: Antihistamines, amongst which Meclizine is most commonly used, seem to work well. Scopalamine may help. Sometimes benzodiazepines work well.
