Unrelated: A persons response to a bee sting is related to that individual's inherent immune mechanism, hypersensitivity tendencies and after care. Elevated blood pressures and most medications should not alter that response from what it would be without those conditions. An exception may be the use of daily antihistamines, which may lessen the reaction.
