A few thoughts: If the vaginal mucosa is dry &/or the intercourse is exceptionally vigorous, tears in the mucosal membrane may occur.This will result in tears, bleeding & pain.A visit with gynecologist is in order to make sure no serious damage was done or infection has set in.Treatments may be hormonal or as simple as using personal lubricant.After exam, discuss with your doctor for practical advice.
