It depends: Without having the rest of your results from your cbc, it is a little difficult to say. I would address your concerns with your primary care physician and would recommend serial testing to see which direction your platelet count is going. If it continues to rise, it may be indicitive of a more serious condition that would need further workup and testing.

Why does labs have different reference ranges. My platelets were considered high at 350. But most ranges say over 400.
