Maalox tums (calcium carbonate): depend what gastric problem you have if it is a burning pain worst while you are hungry it could be an ulcer if it is pain worst after you eat could be a list of thing from gallbladder problem to gastritis if you are simply nauseated with or without diarrhea you could be having gastritis either way stay hydrated eat chicken soup and saltine drink ginger ale no improvement see a docotr
