A member asked:

Is the chance of getting pregnant less the first time than later?

Not necessary: There are too many variables that go into calculating chance of conceiving. While proven fertility is a positive, being older is a negative. Thus, it's recommended that couples seek infertility evaluation if unable to conceive for one year (6 months if age >35 years old), and this is the same whether one has had a child previously or not.
