Really bad back pain at posterior iliac crest? what do i do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Muscle problem: In this area it is usually an inflammed or spasmed muscle causing the problem. Have your doctor evaluate you to make sure. Medications and chiropractic therapy (or PT) will be beneficial.
