I am not sure : If you are referring to pronation of the hind foot. Check out hyperpronation.com and see if that is what your issue is.

I have a painful bony enlargement at the back of the foot where the Achilles tendon inserts into the heel bone. The pain has developed slowly over time and has now become quite painful. Anti inflammatory meds have not helped. ?
