Which effects: Bupropion is generally well tolerated. It can increase risk of seizures in those at risk. It is an activating antidepressant and can increase anxiety if present. As with all antidepressants, increase in suicidal ideation has been reported. If bipolar, induction of mania may occur especially if not on mood stabilizer. Many other side effects have been reported, but infrequent.
