Do you know if there are over-the-counter meds that work just like viagra (sildenafil) in the usa?

Not in the States: Unfortunately for those of us living in States, Viagra (sildenafil) and its competitors are only available here by prescription. To make matters worse, they're only available as more expensive brands, not less expensive generics. There are no equivalent options. Best to avoid online/overseas pharmacies as there's no guarantee that you'll receive real thing. Avoid herbs & dietary supplements too
