Yes: The majority of dermatologists are general in that they diagnose and treat a wide variety of skin disorders. Some opt to ad spa type services like laser therapy and some opt for more surgery with liposuction There is another subspecialist that do surgery and reconstruction of skin cancer called MOHS procedures but they all start with the basics
