No: although the spelling isn't right, I think you are referring to parabens, which are preservatives that are used in many pills. They have no known intrinsic activity and are in the pill to stabilize the formula. Oxycodone is a semi-synthetic opiate and is the main ingredient in the tablet. Tablets and capsules may also contain sulfites, drying agents, food colorings and other substances as well.
