Sleep: Have a light breakfast when you return home, make sure your bedroom shades block all light, have mild comforting music designed for sleep playing. Limit protein before sleep, carbohydrates aid sleep. Don't push beyond limits you need sleep more than others as you are going against your natural circadian rhythm.
