Testing....: A heart rate in the 60's and 70's is typically not low enough to result in symptoms. However, if you are having symptoms that may be due to a low heart rate, then you could have a continuous heart monitor placed for a few days. This will show if your heart rate ever decreases to dangerously low levels. Some people, like athletes, have low heart rates normally!
