Depends: Every woman and every pregnancy is different in terms of symptoms and when you notice them. One of the earliest signs is implantation bleeding, or light spotting 6-12 days after fertilization. You may mistake this as part of your period.Mild abdominal cramps, breast tenderness, swelling, and darkening of the areolas can be seen in a week or two. Nausea can start around weeks 4-6. Take a test if unsure.
