Safe testo dose: It appears you're taking 150mg and 1.5 mg. Of testosterone+arimidex sublingually on a daily basis. That is a very high dose of both substances. Typically men with low testosterone are treated with a topical, injectable or implanted pellets. Arimidex (anastrozole) may be used if there is an excessive build up of Estradiol in response to the testosterone therapy but at a much lower dose than you're receiving.
