No: While oilyskin and acne can result from an adrenal lesion, it would have to be one wherein excess testosterone resulted from break down of a secretion product from the adrenal cortex. The catechol amines derived from the medullary portion of the adrenal associated with pheochromocytomas result in uncontrolled hypertension.
