Do you mean T11? : Complete bed rest is almost never recommended. If you are talking about a T11 vertebrae that would be very unusual and there isn't as much space available for the cord at that level. This needs to be worked up and followed by someone who can give you some real answers. Follow up with your spine surgeon?
