Pinworms: Pinworms are very contagious. You should be treated for them first.

Contagious: Any contact with that area can spread the parasite, including fingering, oral, genital, sex toys, etc. Wash hands thoroughly after using toilet. Use medicine to treat the pinworms. Spread by fecal/oral route (often with contaminated intermediates).
