Avoid mustard oil: Sesame oil is healthy and fine for cooking. However mustard oil should be avoided. Although it is widely used in asian cooking because of it's pungent taste it is not allowed to be imported into the United States because of concerns that it may have bad effects on the heart (cardiac toxicity). Mustard oil contains erucic acid which is the component felt to be cardio-toxic.

They are healthy.: Mustard oil is rich in Alpha linolenic acid, which is a source of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids. Sesame seed oil has both linolenic and linoleic fatty acids. They are healthier oils to use. They have different properties as far as cooking and flavors that you will have to take into consideration as it may change the flavor of dish being cooked.
